Proactive maintenance is key

Ever noticed that your bike maintenance seems to be reactive instead of proactive?
So we asked ourselves; “how can we help our riders actively maintain and service their bikes to avoid the bigger issues that occur?”. We created our own servicing procedures to keep your bikes running like new! We have a 48 hour turn around on all servicing to get you back on your bike quickly.

BIKE ASSESSMENT

When you bring your bike in for any repair, you can expect an assessment and estimate that reflect your bike’s condition and intended use.  Once our initial estimate is made we will call you for approval if any other work is necessary.

To thoroughly assess and estimate your repair we do ask for 10-15 minutes of your time when you drop off your bike. If you are in a hurry, we will be happy to take you through your estimate over the phone.

  • Check for chain wear
  • Chain lubed
  • Gears tuned
  • Brakes adjusted
  • Handlebar and headset checked & adjusted

  • Cables replaced as required
